Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a very strict refund policy. Most of our content is digital and therefore, a lengthy refund policy could result in the theft of our materials.
Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment after 14 days for any of our products or services, and no refunds will be provided to you. This applies to any of our Courses.
"Refunds are only granted if the following conditions are met:
1. You have worked through at least 3 modules of material
2. Submitted 1 item for portfolio review to Esther"
We do not offer refunds for subscription products.
For monthly subscriptions you can request cancellation anytime at email@example.com and we will remove you from the membership products + monthly payment cycles at the end of that 30 day cycle. You will not be refunded for the current month you already paid.
