I know what it’s like to start this journey feeling completely out of your depth. When I began 90 Day VA, I could barely use a computer. After over 25 years as a professional violinist in a world-class symphony orchestra, I suddenly found myself facing a cancer diagnosis and the very real possibility that I might not be able to play again. I needed a Plan B fast.
That’s when I found this course. I had zero tech skills, no online experience, and a lot of self-doubt… but I knew how to learn. Music taught me discipline, self-motivation, and how to keep going even when things are hard. And that mindset helped me go from clueless to confident in an entirely new career.
Now I work as a VA alongside my role in the orchestra, so if you’re looking for a flexible side gig you can build around a busy or creative life, I get it. I’ve also worked with a variety of clients doing everything from admin to content creation, social media, podcast management, and automation systems. I know what clients are looking for, and I can help you build a portfolio and skill set that stands out.
As Customer Support Champ and Portfolio Mentor for 90 Day VA, I also know this program inside out. I host group coaching calls and give regular feedback to students, so if you choose me as your coach, you’ll get personal support from someone who’s been in your shoes, built this career from nothing, and genuinely wants to see you succeed.

Monday- Friday 7:30pm-10pm UK Time | 2:30pm - 5pm Eastern Time
Remember you get 6 sessions total, two for every month of this mentorship program.

Please read the following coaching call parameters (don’t skip this)
We’re committed to providing you with focused, high-quality coaching support. To ensure the best experience for all students:
Call Times:
• Calls begin promptly at scheduled time
• After 15 minutes, missed calls are considered a no-show
Monthly No-Show Policy:
• First missed call (no show): You can reschedule once, no problem
• Second missed call (no show, including rescheduled calls): That month’s coaching call is forfeited with no option to reschedule
• If this happens twice (where you’ve missed both original and rescheduled calls): 1:1 coaching privileges will be suspended
To Reschedule Calls:
Use the “reschedule call” link in your event confirmation email or right within the event on your calendar. Or just email your coach!
Simply put: You get ONE chance to reschedule if you miss your call. If you no-show both your original AND rescheduled call, we’ll need to end the coaching arrangement.
We understand life happens! It’s ok to reschedule the call even a few minutes before the start time.

Communication with your coach
Once your coach receives your application for, they will reach out to you within 24-48 hours (weekdays). They will provide you with an email address where you can reach out to them during your 3 month mentorship.
Things that you can send over to your coach are questions, portfolio items to review, application kits and resume's. Your coach will provide feedback to your portfolio items via via rubrics, video, or notes on the documents. We designed these rubrics so you’d know exactly what ‘success’ looks like and how to make edits as needed. You can use them to guide you as you work on your portfolio items.
